1) Where is your shop/ store?
We don’t have any shop/ store at this moment.
2) Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by just drop an email to thecarddecks@gmail.com with your details.
3) What is the minimum amount?
That is no minimum amount on each order, but the shipping fee is started from RM6 for each order (depend on weight).
4) What should you do if you haven't received your shipment 3 days after we have shipped out the order?
Just drop to email to thecarddecks@gmail.com and we will help to track your shipment.
5) Do you provide COD (Cash on Delivery)?
Yes. But only in Kuala Lumpur, Ampang and Damansara.

6) All the items listed on the site are original?
Yes. If any pirated products found after ordering from us, we’ll refund the item's purchase price to the customer.
7) How long should I wait for the items which are out of stock?
Those items are running out of stock by our supplier and we can’t promise when they will restock it. So we are no recommended customers to place order on the items which are out of stock.
